Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Marketing Director and working as part of a cross-industry marketing team, the ideal candidate will understand the role that high-quality content plays in effective marketing campaigns, whether internal or external.

About the role and what you'll be doing

Reporting to the Marketing Director and working as part of a cross-industry marketing team, you will be collaborating across functions and with our partners to deliver an effective content marketing strategy, ensuring that the overall marketing activity is strategic and aligned with business and brand objectives as well as planning and running large-scale, multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

You will be researching and analysing market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to help inform marketing strategy and activity.

You will also be supporting our brand awareness for future clients and employees by building a cohesive event and conference schedule that reflects the strengths and overall positioning of Amido as well as reviewing and improving internal communications to support employee engagement.

As we grow, you’ll be working closely with the People and Talent Teams to grow the Amido talent brand and ensure we are connecting with the best talent in the market as well as reviewing and improving internal communications to support employee engagement.

What you’ll bring to Amido

  • Full marketing mix experience with strong background in hands-on content creation and campaign execution.
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience of delivering B2B marketing, ideally including B2B technology services.
  • Ability to deliver on high priority plans whilst remaining hands on and ‘doing’. We are a team of doers and everyone gets their hands dirty!
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly get to grips with our tone of voice.
  • Proven experience of crafting and delivering content across a variety of platforms, including case studies, thought leadership, blogs, white papers, video and podcasts.
  • Good understanding of the value of evaluation and how to apply different methods to campaigns.
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders focusing on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales.
  • Sound understanding of both on and offline marketing channels.
  • Experience of Salesforce, Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite and / or Webflow desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to not take themselves too seriously.
